      • What is your warranty policy?

        All BROOKLYN SPECTACLES eyewear is guaranteed against breakage caused by defects in material or manufacturing, at BROOKLYN SPECTACLES’ discretion, for one year from date of purchase. Warranty is to be honored and processed through the authorized retailer of your original purchase. Warranty excludes products altered after purchase, and damages caused by impact, pressure under heat, excess heat, intentional bending, accidents or general mis-use. Shattered or scratched lenses are not a manufacturer’s defect therefore not to be covered by warranty.

      • Are the wood frames made out of real wood?

        Our Wood Collection frames are made by cellulose acetate, and hand-crafted to look like a real timber. For optimize comfort, our wood collection feature the faux wood finish surface, smoothen everything inside that touches the face. As such, you get the unique look of genuine wood, all while enjoying the comfort and versatility of a synthetic material. They can be easily adjusted for optimal fit.

      • Can I have my lenses customized or filled with prescription lenses?

        All our frames are crafted to support any prescriptions lenses, but we do not offer this service on our e-shop. We believe that the best way to ensure the most appropriate and correct lenses is made is done in person with an optician. You can always visit our flagship store, or any authorized retailer around you can assist you for prescription lenses or customized color for your sunglasses.

      • What if the frame is too tight or too loose on me?

        One-size-fits-all approach does not work when it comes to eyewear. All frames need to be customized fitted and adjusted properly by an experienced optician in order to wear them comfortably.


      • What are my payment options?

        We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. We also accept Paypal payment.

      • What are your shipping costs?

        We offer FREE ground shipping to the contiguous United States. If you need to expedite your order, we offer 2nd Day delivery at a flat rate of $25. Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Federal Holiday delivery.

      • When will my order ship?

        Orders placed prior to 2pm EST Monday through Friday will ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

      • How do I track my order?

        You will receive an email with tracking information once your glasses are shipped.

      • Do you ship internationally?

        At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not accept international orders online. Please visit our Location page to find a retailer near you.       • What is your return policy?

        Should the product not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date for credit to your original payment method, less any shipping charges. Any returns sent without a original invoice or postmarked after 14 days of purchase will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item to be returned to you, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges.

        - The product must be unworn, free from any customer caused damage, and include the case and cloth in order to receive full credit -

        For online returns, please pack and seal your package securely include the case and cloth with the original invoice , ship them back to the address on you invoice, at your own expense. We recommend you to ship your return with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, as Brooklyn Spectacles is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

        Please note: We do not accept returns for items that were not purchased through this website.

      • When will I be refunded?

        Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment less any shipping costs.

        Please note that your credit may not be reflected in your bank account for up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.
