WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?

All products distributed by Brooklyn Spectacles are covered against manufacturer defects in material or workmanship within 1-year from date of purchase. Warranty is to be honored and processed through the authorized retailer of your original purchase. Warranty excludes products altered after purchase, and damages caused by impact, pressure under heat, excess heat, intentional bending, accidents or general misuse.You may contact the authorized retailer of your original purchase for a Warranty Evaluation. The retailer or technician will determine if the damage caused to your frame will be covered under our warranty. 


-Brooklyn Spectacles warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Shattered, fractured, or scratched lenses are not covered. Frame damage not associated with normal wear, such as physical damage, pressure breaks, excessive heat, intentional bending, abuse, accident or general misuse are also not covered.-

ARE THE WOOD FRAMES MADE OUT OF REAL WOOD?

Our Wood Collection frames are made of cellulose acetate, and hand-crafted to look like real timber. For optimal comfort, our wood collection features the faux wood finish surface on the front, and is smooth on all inside surfaces that touch the face. As such, you get the unique look of genuine wood, all while enjoying the comfort and versatility of a synthetic material. They can be easily adjusted for optimal fit.

CAN I GET PRESCRIPTION LENSES THROUGH THE WEBSITE?

All our frames are crafted to support any prescription lenses. We do not offer prescription lenses through on our website, since we believe that the best way to ensure the most appropriate and correct lens selection is made in person with an optician. You can always visit our flagship store, or any authorized retailer near you to assist you with prescription lenses or customized color for your sunglasses.If you have any questions any prescription lenses, you can always contact us at hello@brooklynspectacles.com.

WHAT IF THE FRAME DOESN'T FIT RIGHT?

A one-size-fits-all approach does not work when it come to eyewear. In order to have your glasses looking sharp and feel comfortable from day to day, frames need to be fitted and adjusted properly by an optician. If you have concerns about fitting, please visit our location page to find an authorized retailer to assist you.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and Discover. We also accept Paypal payment.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING FEES?

We offer FREE ground shipping to the contiguous United States. To expedite your order, we offer 2nd Day delivery at a flat rate of $25. 


Please note that we do not offer Saturday or Federal Holiday delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders placed prior to 2pm EST Monday through Friday will ship within the same business days. Orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your glasses are shipped.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we only offer shipping to the contiguous United States. We do not accept international orders online. Please visit our Location page to find a retailer near you. WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

We do not responsible for any package once the package left our warehouse. if the package not received, please contact UPS with your tracking number for assistance or file a claim.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL THE ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel your order for any reason, please contact us by email at hello@brooklynspectacles.com or call us at 718.388.7088 as soon as possible, we'll try our best to accommodate your request. However, we're not be able to cancel or change the order once it has entered the shipping process.

RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURN

Should the product not meet your expectations for any reason, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date for credit to your original payment method, less any shipping charges. 

 

-The product must be unworn, free from any customer caused damage, and include the case and cloth in order to receive full credit. -


For any return, please email us to request a return authorization number with your name, order number and the item that you would like to return. A return authorization number will be emailed to you within 24 hours.Any item sent without a return authorization number or postmarked after 14 days of purchase will be returned to you. If you do not accept the item, you will be charged a restock fee that includes 50% of the value of the item, plus shipping charges.Please pack and seal your item securely. Include the case and cloth with the original invoice and ship them back to the address provided at your own expense. You should ship your return with a carrier who will provide you with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost, as Brooklyn Spectacles is not responsible for packages lost in transit. 


 *Please note we do not accept returns for items that were not purchased through this website. 

All Kaneko Optical, Issey Miyaka and any custom order are NO return or exchange. 


Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment less any shipping costs. Please note that your credit may not be reflected in your bank account for up to 10 business days depending on your bank’s processing time.

STORE RETURN

For any NON-prescription items purchased at Brooklyn Spectacles store, we accept return or exchange only within 7 days of original purchase. 

All items must in new condition, your return will not be accepted if items are damaged, scratched, or show signs of wear. 

All prescription lenses, custom lenses, custom sunglasses and customized frames are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
